Serving the children of the third-largest urban school district in Pennsylvania, the Allentown School District Foundation (ASDF) Board of Directors voted, at its board meeting on June 7, to appoint Chrissy Hixson and Michael Bruckner to the board. “The Allentown School District Foundation welcomes Chrissy and Michael,” says Kurt D. Zwikl, ASDF President. “These two highly talented individuals bring their experience and expertise in areas where they will add immense support. Chrissy is a graduate of William Allen High School, so that’s a plus, too. Mike’s amazing network in the community, having served at Muhlenberg College, will be very important as we further develop philanthropic relationships.”
